Scheduling
Once the order has been completed. A technician will reach out within 12-24 hours to schedule an appointment. If you need emergency service please reach out using the contact form.
Refunds
Standard Cancellation: If you need to cancel your service appointment, please contact us and we’ll issue a full refund, minus the payment processing fees (typically $3–$5, depending on the total).
Late Cancellation (Within 2 Hours of Appointment): If the technician is already en route, a $75 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover transportation and the processing fee.
